Linda Green is a Certified Sivananda Yoga Instructor and Holistic Practitioner and Educator. Green has taught yoga globally and in Ottawa County since 1981. She teaches with a gentle approach. This course will not only cleanse your energy, it will help with flexibility, strength and relaxation. Some essential oils may be used in course. Please inform instructor if you have allergies.

Maya Abdominal Therapy

Maya Abdominal Therapy is a non-invasive technique. It helps alleviate back and hip pain. It is beneficial to females and males, pregnant women and children.

The therapy helps PMS or Menopause, prostate problems, low back pain, digestive problems, pregnancy, anxiety, stress, headaches, incontinence, fertility enhancement and the lymph system. It improves energetic circulation, hormonal problems and assist in restoring vitality to the pelvic region.

Maya Abdominal Therapy diminishes fibroid tumors, endometriosis and cesarean deliveries. It is beneficial for a healthy pregnancy, labor and delivery. Abdominal therapy for pregnancy can be done after the first trimester. This therapy calms the emotions and balances the body. Spiritual Healing may be an added component to this modality.

Advanced Registration is necessary. Reiki is a form of hands on Energy Work created in Japan by Dr.Mikao Usui. It is a simplistic yet powerful healing tool that can be used by anyone. Reiki aids in reducing stress and promotes healing. It assists in relaxing and balancing the body mentally, emotionally and physically. It is administered fully clothed on a massage table or chair by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that vital energy flows through practitioner to participant. Reiki I is an introduction to Reiki. Students learn history, energy basics and hand positions. Participants will have hands on experience. Students will be able to utilize Reiki with Self, friends and family when they complete this class. Reiki II teaches the symbols of Reiki. Students will learn how to clear a room energetically, increase energy, and complete a mental healing. Each participant will be able to enhance their Reiki practice by learning these powerful symbols.

A course for those not intending to teach at the present time and a prelude to the Reiki Master Teacher training.
The course will delve into Reiki history, advanced symbols, energy shifting, demonstrated and practiced attunements, empirical research and Reiki teaching skills. Students will gain a deeper understanding of Reiki, its application, energetic potential and educational value.

Includes: Journal, Weekend class where we will review symbols, a Reiki Share and follow-up meeting, individual private Reiki session with teacher, Master Practitioner attunement and a certificate of completion.

A weekend course of Reiki. The course will delve into Reiki history, advanced symbols, energy shifting, attunements and empirical research.
Students will gain a deeper understanding of Reiki and its application.

Reiki III Master Teacher
total is $1,800.00
Reiki III Master is qualified to teach if they wish.
Each student will receive a healing attunement and the final Master attunement. The course teaches information on advanced symbols and the attunements. It is for those who may wish to (yet not limited to) teach Reiki. These techniques give students additional healing skills including learning attunement preparation and will allow them a greater understanding of how attunements are given.
Breath work, Aura Cleansing, Healing Meditations, Reiki Master Meditation, Movement Meditation is also included.

Students will Audit a Reiki I and II class prior to receiving their Master Attunement and completing the course.
Cost Includes: 2-3 day class instructions including updated history. Meditations.
Handouts, Reiki Master Manual, Reiki III Attunements, and Reiki III Certificate.

Summer Blends: An Introduction to Aromatherapy and Blending

Learn aromatherapy basics including; history, uses, contrain- dications, basic oils and blending. "Opportunity to make a blend to bring home." 

We will discuss oils and their benefits honing in on the summer season. 

Make blends for sore muscles, bug repellent, light and cheery, rejuvenating your body, mind and spirit. 

Essential Oils have therapeutic benefits. They smell good and stimulate hormones, and stimulate the production of neuro-chemicals in the body, which make us feel better.

Herbalist and Aromatherapist Linda Green has been studying Aromatherapy since the early 1990's. Studying and certified with the Grand Dame of Aroma- therapy for many decades Linda has a definite appreciation for the scents of plants and their healing potential. 

Linda has taught and worked with Frontier Herbs and Aura Cacia, she has taught her Omnigreen Holistic Options Apprenticeship Program since the early 2000's sharing information on Herbs and Essential Oils.

Herbal Apprentice Program

The Herbal Apprentice Program is a wonderful experience. It is an introduction into herbal studies for self, family and clients. Students will have hands on experience studying plants and making home remedies such as teas, tinctures, salves, lotions, blends and more. This year’s program will encompass informative healing aspects to help you in your daily lives and through the upcoming global changes.

Students will be introduced to aromatherapy and flower essences. When completed, participants will have an understanding of herbal knowledge, plant identification, gardening and plant usage, energetic qualities, and bodies' systems related to herbal healing. The class covers the ethics and business of herbs.
